Imani has NO BUSINESS dealing with/interacting with customers. Imani lacks decorum, social etiquette and customer service skills. Noone is going to speak to me in the way that Imani did, standing at my front door- in front of my adult son and grandchildren and keep my business. Imani needs MUCH MUCH training.
