Nice and friendly staff.
They are very good people
I was not pleased at all. They sold me a fireplace tv console that should have been brand new. When they brought it to my home and never told me it was the one on display in the store. I went there to question them about the fan not blowing. And that is when I noticed the same Fireplace tv console on display was gone. The sales person said it was damaged so they couldn't sale it but we end up getting the damaged one. Not a brand new one that we paid for. What would you do?
We love Farmers. Been doing business with them for years. Wonderful sales staff.
