Christina went above and beyond to make sure that’s what we wanted! And made sure we had it exactly when said she is the gm at the Monticello location and let me tell you she worked loading the stuff with us as if she was just a team member ! She works so hard ! We actually said we would never buy anything else there again due to some issues in the past but Christina made it so much easier and explained things a lot better !
The first time we bought a bed and dresser from this store it was good so we thought we would get a washer and dryer set and that is where the service went down, they didn't tell my husband once it leaves the store you are responsible of fixing it even with the warranty, good luck getting a repair person to come out we had on come out to fix our washer 4 different times and on the 4th time they never showed up and we had the parts for too but no one came out to fix it and we tried to get them to come and take it back but the... read more
