Very friendly and easy to deal with. The furniture industry as a whole is just making so much "disposable" furniture anymore. Quality is my only concern with these folks. That's something they have no control over. You couldn't ask for better people to work with, though. However, I bought a new mower from them believe it or not and it IS A QUALITY MOWER. TROY-BILT. The other big benefit is that they are LOCAL.Ā
