Thank you for a great experience in buying furniture. They have great customer service and are super friendly, helpful & professional.
Very unorganized! No customer care at all. They’d rather refund your money than make a promised delivery 5 blocks away. Made absolutely no attempt to keep the sale. They pulled a hard credit hit, but don’t report to the credit bureau. I don’t recommend doing business here. I’m actually shocked they would a local this way. I plan to make this review post across all platforms. The inconvenience they caused is inexcusable. Very poor business ethics.
