Lisa is the best!!!!! She helped me tremendously with her patience while I decided on which piece of furniture I needed. Very knowledgeable professional and helpful to me. Beautiful furniture too. I had not been in this store in over 30 YEARS!!!! The store still felt like home ❤️

I've purchased a mattress, washer and dryer combo, and a recliner from here. Both sides of the mattress sunk in after a year and a half, got another one through the warranty, and it didn't last a full three years. The washer started having problems as soon as we paid it off (18 months). So far so good on my recliner (2 yrs now). However, we were told, "if we didn't use the insurance within the two years, we would be refunded for the insurance price and the company would send us a check in the mail for the balance".
