Farmers Home Furniture in Laurens has the worst customer service representatives and employees I have ever had to deal with. Let's start off with almost everyone that works there are related. Reporting issues to a manager is useless. Holly has no customer service skills. She's very rude and has a nasty disposition. Holly is the customer service manager and lacks people skills. Lisa is the best!!!!! She helped me tremendously with her patience while I decided on which piece of furniture I needed. Very knowledgeable professional and helpful to me. Beautiful furniture too. I had not been in this store in over 30 YEARS!!!! The store still felt like home ❤️
