Our ottoman was brought out with a small tear and we were told a new one would be ordered and brought the following Saturday. When we didn’t hear from the Jasper store I called to ask about it. I could tell the lady was thrown off guard. They did bring a replacement too that day but it was the display top. We paid for a new one not the display. Ridiculous! I advise not purchasing from this store!
