Not a great experience. NICOLE banned us from shopping there because we wanted to return a defective fancy electric couch within a few days of buying it. They took it back but we had to wait 2 weeks! for a check from headquarters just because the debit card was different. Then it was in the wrong name. We wouldn’t return even if they let us.

We recorded both phone and in person interactions with the very rude and pushy Nicole (manager). She said the only way she would give us a refund was if we NEVER did business with her again. WOW. In our recorded interactions with her, you can clearly understand why we would choose not to ever return here anyway. We are non violent communication folks. Give Sandy a raise! Sandy is an amazing sales person and we just love her! Black haired boss lady needs an attitude adjustment. We will return to purchase more items because of Sandy. If she's not there, we won't buy there.. simple as that. Blessed be.
