My experience with them has been a nightmare. My sister and I bought furniture from Farmers in Commerce GA in July of 2025. We might have had it 5 weeks when one of the recliners quit working, let me add we bought the protection plan. We called the company to let them know, sent them pictures of where the wires got caught up , and they said they were going to send someone out to look at it.
