Went in to buy a powerlift recliner and found one that I liked and was told that I could get 25% off as well as other discounts and my daughter would purchase it when she came to Georgia from Texas. The deal had already been made, as I was having major shoulder surgery and needed that particular chair. It was to be delivered that same day. I had the best experience with this furniture store, Commerce location. I needed something temporarily and didn’t want to pay too much for a piece of furniture I knew that I won’t be keeping for long. Penny gave an outstanding customer support and described the piece so thoroughly on the phone that I felt it is the right furniture I needed. Pick up was so seamless and the warehouse guys loaded it in my car and were so efficient. Thank you All, keep up the good work!!

Wouldn't have posted a one star but I made a payment arrangement a week prior because I had issues with my vehicle. I explained my situation and said give me a week and personally showed up to discuss this. They said it's no problem and it is taken care of. Well today the full payment was taken out of my account today and I'm officially in the red. Unfortunately they are closed Sunday and have no way of fixing this situation.
