We purchased a sofa, recliner and loveseat in sept., 2025. The material on the seats where we most often sit is showing a lot of wear as seen in pictures. We paid 2900 on sale. We are so dissatisfied with it that we just bought new furniture elsewhere today. Very disappointed as when I took pictures in there was nothing that was done about and we were told to expect a call back which never happened. We had bought warranty but it only covers stains.
Tyeisha and Aleisha were absolutely wonderful and helpful every single step of the way. From finding the right couch, to helping me with the financial part, they really care for the customer
