The people were great and were eager to help me
Came in there today, was greeted by young lady name Ashley as soon as I walked in the door, she was so nice we was looking for a mattress she was able to help us find something that myself and my wife will love ,she also mention a free tv so we was able to get something comfy to sleep on and a tv thank you for a great shopping experience
The store mgr is rude and unprofessional. Although the credit mgr is nice and tries to work with people. We were only 2 days late and the store mgr was threatening to sue. Now I am almost a month behind and the store mgr is saying that if I’m not caught up by the 1st, she’s going legal . I told her that I can make a $150 payment on Tuesday. She said that I could but It will go legal on the 1st. The drier we bought is already messing up and the furniture is poorly made. Noticed an 89.00 charge on my debit card from Farmers whom I have never had an account with. I called to find out about this charge and it turned out to be my grandson's account. I had paid for them about 6 months ago and I guess they kept the card on file and they used it to make the payment. They will not reverse the charge and told me that he had called in to give them that payment. They are lying because he doesn't have my information.
