Maybe have your sales rep get off their behind when customers come in. I’m asking about mattresses and beds and I just get pointed to an area. No explaining what you have or anything maybe fix that.
I had an amazing experience at Farmers Home Furniture in Camden, SC. The new store manager, Shanna, epitomizes what it means to run a customer-focused store. She is very professional and straight forward. I will only shop here from this point forward. 10/10 recommend for all of your furniture needs!!!
Earlier this week I had some issue that had been on going for a while. After speaking with the new manager Mrs.evah we have came to a solution. I was impressed how she held herself throughout the process. Mrs.evah is the reason I would shop back at this location. I would recommend to speak with her about your furniture needs.
They was very nice and helpful
They sell furniture TV with service plan and when you with problems with they we call you back and never do return call they may lost me as' a customer
