Earlier this week I had some issue that had been on going for a while. After speaking with the new manager Mrs.evah we have came to a solution. I was impressed how she held herself throughout the process. Mrs.evah is the reason I would shop back at this location. I would recommend to speak with her about your furniture needs.Ā

They sell furniture TV with service plan and when you with problems with they we call you back and never do return call they may lost me as' a customerĀ
Got to be the worst customer service ever! Bought my kid a bed in Dec. Was supposed to be delivered on Dec 21st for Xmas. Never came and no call. We finally got it 3 weeks later after I called and raised the devil. 4 weeks after delivered it broke. Splintered!! I have delt with Nicole and Eva and get the run around! I will contact this person and that person and call u right back. NEVER GET A CALL..I have to call them just to get another run around story! Will be contacting a lawyer and they can deal with him.
