I've been calling for 3 days straight trying to complete my application. I was told I was going to receive a callback by the end of the day on 3 separate occasions and still haven't received a call back
Great credit union with great customer service. They help me in every way that they can.
If I could rate them lower than a one, I would. Terrible customer service. My husband has been a member for over 35-years and has had one issue after another over the last 5-years. They could care less about their members, and do nothing to try to resolve issues. We will be closing our accounts ASAP.
I have been a member of FFCU for over 40 years and have had numerous accounts there through the years for loans, savings and checking. Prior to that I had been frustrated and aggravated too many times to count with the impersonal and fee ridden big bank industry. FFCU staff are polite, cheerful and very helpful, whether in person at the bank, inside or drive thru, or by phone.
