I had a bunch of $10 , that I wanted to exchange for $100 bills. No problem. That other bank across the river said I needed an account to do that. Hmmm..... so I went here. Great customer service !! Especially Nicole M
Always pleasant and decent rates. Like to support the local business
Do not trust your money at this bank. They “make exceptions” and just anyone can walk in that place and take money or close an account which is what happened. Never informed the co-signer that the account was closed. This is individuals hard earned money and they let someone just walk away with it and close the account no questions asked, no savings book, nothing. Disgusting
Disgusting. The employees are no help once THEY MESS UP. Ridiculous
