The lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. We have had two auto loans there. Payments have been posted incorrectly to both even though the accounts had two different names, two different account numbers and two different vehicles. Payments were directed deposited to the appropriate savings account and still misapplied by the credit union. I have emails of the “manager“ fabian thomas using profanity while communicating with me and I was denied entrance to the FBCU by him when I had an appointment confirmed with the other employee Suzanne. The communication is horrible and I am now threatened by the manager.
They are the BEST!!!! Always there to help. I LOVE THESE LADIES.
This credit union is heading into the future (not living in the past with a cash operation).
