We will never do business with them again. Very poor customer service. Rude and not nice at all. We have a business run $518,000.00 through this bank and they treat us like trash. Wanted to put a 10 day hold on a local check. Withdrew all my money. Christy Combs is the worst.

WORST BANK EVER! Charged me a 32-dollar stop payment and refuses to remove the fee when I never utilized that feature. Tellers telling me I have to come back in 48 hours just because they don't want to be interrupted while sitting there doing nothing but talking about their family instead of helping the customers. One lady even told me to my face that I have to do her job for her. Seriously, this is the kind of Bank we have in our town? Do us all a favor Farmers and leave Oklahoma!
