Austin is the best. You can’t ask for a greater experience with a bank or customer service.
By far the worst banking experience I’ve had of my life. My parents opened me an account with Farmers when I was a teenager so I’ve been banking with them for over half my life. When it was time that I needed products, extended lines of credit, a little more understanding of my accounts there was little to no help at all. I’m so thankful that I was able to finally close out all my accounts and never have to deal with this bank again. Arkansas branches Magnolia and Camden.
Madison is the absolute BEST! I trust her with my life! She helped me tremendously buying my house!
I use farmers Bank and trust for my business. Recently transferred from a different bank. The service, assistance, and support I’ve desperately needed, is being received and it is a huge relief from the constant issues I experienced with my former bank. They also move quick, which is helpful for someone who moved out of a big city to a small country town, where everything moves slower. I plan on moving our personal banking to Farmers, very soon.
Everyone in the farmers bank and trust - prosper division have been amazing. Edan, Lynn, Brandie and Robbie have gone above and beyond to make the transition of my business account go smoothly. I highly recommend this bank!!! They even text you after work hours - can you imagine any other bank doing that?!? Thank you😊
