I have banked with them for years and they've only gotten progressively worse. Now, as of March 13th, 2021, they join the deceptive ranks of Chase and Wells Fargo in refusing to processing much-needed stimulus payments. It's been discovered there is no reason whatsoever for it, that it's entirely a self-serving approach for them. I refuse to deal with this. Moved to Indianapolis from Benton and loved this bank so much, we kept our accounts with direct deposit at Farmers. We've been a member for over 5 years. I called to speak with a loan officer for a possible personal loan and was told "We wouldn't be interested in helping you" without even looking into my account or asking any questions. Since we live in another state "how would we recover our assets if things went south" is what the officer told me.
