Very helpful and friendly every time I have done business with them. Their CD rates are some of the best in town. I have no idea why they do not advertise that fact by listing their rates on their website.
Terrible company to work with, they are tied to capwest mortgage and they botched my loan app. gave me the run around, changed my current ins. policy to thier bank than denied me the loan and charged 450.00. It is a year later and I found out that my ins. shows them as mortgagee, so I had to notify my ins. to change it back to Citimortgage Inc. my original mortgagee.
