I've been with Farmers for a long time and never had issues until I came across this location. Not great for buisness owners who receives big checks, they will always try to put a 7 day hold on the funds. I go to the one in Richmond & no issues. They also accidentally paid a contractor $1,000 more from a check I made & tired holding me guilty for it. I received a loan on an investment property through them a couple weeks ago. Jade Evans was a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was helpful and had a wealth of knowledge to help me along the way. Farmers has helped me several times in the past and every staff member from the top down have been amazing. Thanks again you guys!
Went to get change for 20. Needed dollar bills for an event. 1st told me they would charged me 4%.. okay dumb for an exchange in cash but I needed it. Sent back 10 5 and 4 ones. Let them know I needed all ones. Sent me 19 ones. I asked why I was charged 5% instead of 4%. Refuse to answer. Not good business.
