Best Customer Service in Delaware. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
First time going to this bank, so a client could make a withdrawal. The young lady in the drive through needs a customer service class. She didn’t smile, say thank you, good morning, nothing! My client was waving hi to her, but she just ignored him. I changed my mind about opening a savings account here now
If you are a business owner trust me find you another bank. Been there many times to ask for change for my businesses. Their answer always. Sorry we dont have enough change for all of our business customers. Excuse me? Unprofessional and the manager is on her phone did not even get involved or apologize for the inconvenience. We will take our business else where. Where they help and take care of their customers.
