Changed from btc to this bank in Bethany and honestly I regret every moment of it, the tellers are rude and I’m always having some type of issue. Definitely considering changing banks cause I have never seen the like of rudeness. Definitely not the customer service I would expect from my own bank
I will 100% recomend the gallatin location. however the bethany location not so much. attitudes of the tellers are trash they are hateful and rude especially if you make larger deposits. I called in a change order for a buisness and was told (at 245pm) that I HAD to be there within 15 minutes when the drive through didn't close till at least 5. The following day I made 2 deposits and was told I wouldn't be able to claim deposit tickets. as they wanted me to put them in the night drop. during regular business. hours. they the... read more
