We got a construction loan with Farmers to do a remodel. The people at the bank have been very helpful and courteous. Thank you
I had a HELOC with Farmers that took almost 4 months to get. I paid it off in a year and applied to get a new one with my newly purchased home. With a loan to value of 47% on my 1st mortgage, I was told it would be a slam dunk. I have been waiting over 3 1/2 months.
