I have been shopping here for years, but recently I’ve noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the produce and the friendliness of the staff. To make matters worse, this business is: - Hiding rotten fruit inside pre-packed containers by placing spoiled pieces at the bottom and covering them with fresher-looking parts to mislead customers. I really love shopping here. Particularly for my ginger orange marmalade.
Rude customer service. You should avoid this unfriendly fruit shop and go to East garden shopping centre fruit shop which is friendly and the price is cheaper.
24/5/25 - I came here today & had 3/4 of a trolley worth of fruit/vegetables. I noticed there was a deli at the back of the, I approached the deli & was waiting for around about 50-60 seconds, and there was a lady staff who had her face to me the whole time & never acknowledged me while sorting the meats (we where 1 metre apart). A gentleman who was behind me who also approached the deli and looked at me said,'Is she going to help us?' which i replied, 'im not sure'.
