I scheduled a call to hear more about business accounting and tax preparation. Their website specifically mentioned individual tax preparation and “starting your business”. The gentleman I spoke to was a sales guy and could not answer any financial or specific tax questions I had. For instance, I asked if they had experience with cost segregation study deductions or with home office deductions, he said he couldn’t answer.
