This place doesn't even deserve a star. Like the few reviews I only go a few times because it's closer. I cannot stand the service of the cashiers, management sucks. Every time I go there it's a bad experience the nasty treatment. Those workers are very horrible. Nothing gets me more disgusting than a person thinking they're better than you and they all do. As an establishment there needs to be proper communication that new policys are in place. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION ANYMORE AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!! According to all advertisment it clearly states that they take all Credit Cards etc. Today August 13th I took a cab from my house and back to grab a couple of groceries. When I reach check out to find out that they do not except my Mastercard!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Terrible management, this place stink, bad customer services, expired products, just bought fish with bad odor, throw away 1/2 , they should closed that supermarket ,
Just like previous post this is the closest store to where I lived and I decided to go there for a few items because I didn't feel like going to C-town or Key foods and it was the worst, I asked if they give Military discount they said yes but you have to be in uniform or your ID card has to say Active. Who goes in their military uniform to shop for grocery on their vacation. The manager looked and the ID and decided it didn't say ACTIVE, I didn't have the time or energy to argue with him.
Ive lived in this neighborhood for many years and the only reason i Might go to this supermarket is if its an emergency and i absolutely have to. Its dirty and like many other reviewers have previously posted, the customer service is horrible. The managers are even worse. as per the 3/22/15 review I'd have to agree. The supermarket in this neighborhood are all pretty much the same. Rude mgmt, cashiers crowded and dirty. It's sinful that this community has to suffer substandard food stores. I'm also going to shop elsewhere.
Where do I even begin with this review?! First off I'd like to say that I'm giving this grocery store ONE STAR because of the horrifically poor customer service I've experienced there in the past NINE YEARS that I've lived in the South Ozone Park neighborhood. Run away. This place is awful. Filthy and questionable in their preparation and handling of grocery products. I live in this neighborhood and I severely hate that this place is here. I rather do my grocery shopping in the city or far away from South Ozone Park. I really hate the unprofessional cashiers and the fact that this place seems to run by some "don't give a damn" asian.
