Worst loan department ever! Darius strung us along for weeks, finally said she could do the loan then two days later said she couldn’t. Waste of our time! They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner and I guess just lie!
Terrible. Don’t trust this place with CDs. Our grandmother died and this place insists we didn’t have any other name as a beneficiary. Unlikely. So now we have to pay an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money (as a percentage of the whole) to get the money back out. They insist it’s all legal. Maybe. Doesn’t mean it isn’t shady.
