I'm so glad a friend recommended this place to me. I went in with some specific questions, and the gal was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I went home with 3 tinctures and still very new to the herbal methods and such, but excited to add this into my routine. Purchased In The Moment, Feeling Easy and Relax-Postpartum for when that's needed. Hard to get over the taste but mixed with some water and lime juice and now much easier!
I saw the article in the Press Democrat and thought I would take a look at their shop to see what remedies they had for a couple of my maladies. Well appointed, cozy and busy...Fiona quickly greeted me and guided me to some supplements that would help. She checked me out and added me to their mailing list and offered a 15% discount. I'm waiting for the remedies to kick in but I am completely pleased with the experience. I will be back.

I went here 2 days ago to replenish my sleep tincture, which I take when I wake up in the night to help me get back to sleep. The tincture is all glycerin based organic herbs. The woman who was helping me said they don’t have any hops in glycerin but there’s not much alcohol in it. I responded that I don’t want an alcohol based tincture. She then told me that the amount of alcohol is like eating a ripe banana.
