The story began in 1997 in Rio at a local independent fashion market called Babilonia Feira Hype where founders Katia Barros and Marcello Bastos took their chances on launching a clothing line that embodies the feminine spirit and vibrant colors of Rio. I was just completely ignored for 5 minutes I own three of their dresses I guess I will have to continue shopping on line . It is a retail embarrassment
Today I visited the store and was warmly greeted at the door by Aashana. She kindly assisted me with the exchange process of an item that was sent incorrectly through online ordering.
Horrible customer service experience and lost dress! Farm Rio charged me for my dress prior to shipping it. It’s 7 business days later and my dress has still not been taken to UPS, I’m out my money and my dress and no one in customer service is returning my calls or emails. The event I needed this dress for is tonight! I’m so disappointed by how I’ve been treated. I should have ordered from Saks instead of trusting Farm Rio to deliver my dress to me. Bought a 2 piece matching set on sale, they only sent top and cancelled bottoms. They will not refund or let me exchange top. Terrible policy and customer service especially after I had just spent 1200 there. Never again. The reason I liked the clothes was because of the cheeriness, now I can’t even look at any of the styles without being disgusted! Now they sent me the wrong item and said I can exchange it .
