I purchased a Final Sale dress from FARM Rio, but the experience turned into a complete disappointment due to their own operational mistake. This is one brand with bright prints and terrible customer service. I placed an order online which was cancelled several weeks later due to some shipping issues. Then I placed another two other online orders later of which one top was so poorly made that I wasn't even able to try it on, and the other looked completely different from the pics on their site. Racist Employee, I just had a bad, uncomfortable experience in this store, the first employee that help me was really nice she asked me if I need help returning or exchanging a dress I told her I just want to exchange for a size small, but she only had one last medium size on the rack so she went to check in the back for the small sizes while I hold on to the medium size dress just in case.While waiting on her another employee ask me if need help I explained the situation to her but she proceeded to take the dress from me an... read more
Stumbled on the store when I usually buy from Bloomingdale’s. It’s so easy to navigate with samples on the floor and sizes in the back. All the associates were helpful- multiple ladies found sizes for me and set me up in a dressing room. Unlike some of the stores- it wasn’t excessively warm, which makes trying on clothes unpleasant. I found several items for my Winter beach trip. Highly recommend stopping in for unique pieces.
