All the reviews of our farm Rio store in soho are so accurate. I bought so many pieces from them in the past. However, everybody got greeted upon entering but me. They completely ignored me. It felt like I got ignored because I wasn’t white like everybody else was I am spending just as much of my money as any one else. Pretty disappointing experience. If I could I would give 0 stars. A Deeply Disappointing Experience at Farm Rio SoHo. As a long-time fan and customer of Farm Rio — a Brazilian who has supported the brand since well before it gained international fame — I never imagined I’d feel so unwelcome in a store that should represent the warmth and vibrancy of our culture. I am a faithful Farm Rio customer. All of my clothes are from Farm. I visited this store today and felt so out of place. No one in there seemed to want to sell me anything or to help me. I had to go after people to ask for things that I needed, there was a feeling that they didn’t think I had money to spend there.
