We’ve been coming here for years and have always received great customer service. It’s frustrating to suddenly be told, “I’m just doing my job,” when these same services have consistently been provided in the past. You can’t build customer expectations through reliable service and then abruptly reverse course. It feels like a step backward and, frankly, like a slap in the face to loyal customers.
