On the phone with a customer while they were checking out..the manager on duty. Pam...wad rude and says she would not wait on them while on the phone. No sign posted and she told him to have a shittier....day....I called to let her know that her rudeness was heard.and she rudely hungup.......called corporate on her and will ne talking to her manager. Just because it is by the.projects doesn't mean be rude to all blacks. She even scalded her employee for waiting on him....rude
