The last two shipments I received of the chicken does not look anything like the pictures. Before the last two shipments, I was getting the chicken recipe and it looked white just like the picture and now it is green and nothing like it was before. I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but it’s not the same. I have texted them twice about my shipments that I received with pictures and they said they’ll reach to the support team and then nothing has happened.

This place is 100% professional.. their food is the very best for my dogs .. the stools comes out perfectly hard, they are healthy and happy, they never refuse a meal, as I buy the lightly cooked is different flavors. My little 16 years old with heart disease, love this food and shes doing so much better on this food. They deliver the food to me, it’s frozen so I stock up! PS they always have a coupon PUPPYLOVE every time I order. You can also pick it up. They are polite and super friendly. 5 stars from me.
