Very, very disappointed! I talked to a Kathryn Greenfield about getting a loan on a little under 10 acres. I was told they could do it with 15% down. Ok great! So I sent her everything she needed and she got back with me and said I was prequalified and everything looked good. Well then the next afternoon she calls and says I need an additional $10,000 in my account for as she called it a "cash reserve".
