I have done multiple loans this year and was recommended to this company by a business associate. The follow up on their end was terrible and if you happen to get Kalya Clark I would suggest being switched to a different processor. I have been apologized to repeatedly for the simple act of not returning phone calls. I am still waiting for email questions to be answered by James Valinsky who was a loan officer. If I was not in a time crucnch I would switch banks because of who I have had to work with on this loan.
I called the Springfield office & explained to the agent that we are self employed. I told her all about our family situation & what we were looking to do. I asked her if they worked with families in our situation because I knew lots of financers didn't like small business owners. She assured me that's exactly who they worked with so I did all the paperwork & sent in all our information.
