One of their customers damaged my car and I had to go through them in order to get my repair. Days go by without hearing from the company. Their agent that I had to deal with was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called one day and she picked up the phone and hung up on me. She NEVER replied to my emails. This company is a complete nightmare and a joke. I would give them zero stars if I could. We will take our business somewhere else because of their unprofessional adjuster. She handled our claim like it’s a joke for her. Wish we had a better adjuster than Ms Rhiannon Gonzales. SHE SCAMMED US. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL with least work ethics. FARM BUREAU SHOULD KEEP UP WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES.
I had two vehicles a Nissan Murano and a Kia Forte. When I purchased the Kia Forte they changed my policy to show that I had one vehicle.. a Kia Murano. It was a nightmare to get it resolved and we no longer use them. Fast forward to almost 2 years later and my new insurance is requesting loss runs from them- a process that generally take less than 10 minutes and I'm being told it will be 10 business days. Please look elsewhere for insurance!
