The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any financial institution I have ever dealt with. The reps are always so rude and always rushing to get off the phone. They never listen to your needs or what you are actually calling about.
We just purchased a new (to us) vehicle and the process was seamless! I was able to get a pre-approval before looking at vehicles and got a great rate. Application to approval to having all documents in my inbox was less than two hours and the lending team was so easy to deal with.
Charged us 55 cents after we paid out. Waited 35 minutes to speak with a representative for them to tell us we could either mail another check for 55 cents or pay with a credit card which includes a $10 service fee.
