I finally decided to use you as a bank put money in a CD. I haven’t been able to get up with anyone for two weeks or get onto my account or look at my activity. It’s awful. I’ve been put on hold probably six or seven different times no one ever comes to the phone service is terrible.
I have made two phone calls the first time I waited 20 minutes they were supposed to email me a form never received it the second time I waited 30 minutes and finally had to hang up and did not speak to anybody your customer service is horrible.
