We just purchased a new (to us) vehicle and the process was seamless! I was able to get a pre-approval before looking at vehicles and got a great rate. Application to approval to having all documents in my inbox was less than two hours and the lending team was so easy to deal with.
Charged us 55 cents after we paid out. Waited 35 minutes to speak with a representative for them to tell us we could either mail another check for 55 cents or pay with a credit card which includes a $10 service fee.
I finally decided to use you as a bank put money in a CD. I haven’t been able to get up with anyone for two weeks or get onto my account or look at my activity. It’s awful. I’ve been put on hold probably six or seven different times no one ever comes to the phone service is terrible.
