Really unhappy with the service provided by Farleys. Donna hasn't responded to queries yet which has resulted in massive delays in the sale and purchase process. She also hasn't responded to estate agents. Very unprofessional
Donna is massively holding up the process of my purchase by failing to send over key documents. Myself, estate agents and my solictor have chased repeatedly to be told they'll be sent 'asap' Not sure what asap means in her world but I'm still waiting after 2 weeks! Not impressed
