Anthony was helpful and patient. I realized later on in an after purchase email that he’s one of the owners! Their offer to set up a lawnmower so that it’s ready to go was much appreciated. Highly recommend this shop!

Farina’s in Watertown is the best place for service and sales of power equipment and bicycles. They helped me out as a kid in the bike shop and they were great when I recently purchased my first Honda lawnmower.
I appreciated the salesperson's approach -- she was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes, never rushed me, and applied no "high-pressure" techniques.
Anthony was extremely helpfull with my purchase of my new e-bike. He went above and beyond, he held the bike for me until I could get there.He expained all the features, the warranty, the maintenance and asked me if I had any questions. And Alex one of the bike technicians helped me load my bike into my car. I drove about an hour to get there but it was well worth it.
