I called her to get information about how much mortgage I would qualify for twice. She credit checked me both times without requesting my consent or even informing me that she was going to credit check me, which goes against the bank's policy. I found out months later I had been credit checked twice without being notified. I called the bank manager to complain and he was rude and unapologetic, saying there was no evidence my claim was true. So unprofessional!
