I got horrible customer service in beach haven Faria's surf shop. I shopped there on 9/11/12 without any problems. I purchased 3 items- 1 being an 11.99 umbrella. I returned on 9/13/12 to purchase another umbrella for 11.99. The staff told me there were no 11.99 umbrellas in the store. I said I purchased 1 a day earlier but they assured me there were no umbrellas for 11.99 in the store. They asked for my receipt which was at home. Farias Surf Shop has to be one of the best Surf Shops on the Island - if not in this whole area.They have the greatest selection of surf clothes - they carry all the major brands - and the people that work for them are very knowledgeable and friendly. We go to the store alot because they always have something new. can't wait for their Ship Bottom store to be done - it looks great from the outside - they have 3 stores on the "I" - Surf City, Ship Bottom and Beach Haven - all a little different - but all really great - my frie... read more
