I visited Jonell for stubborn discomfort in my shoulders/neck area. The day prior to our first appointment, I injured my lumbar area of my back and arrived in pretty tough shape. I explained to Jonell this was my first 'medical' massage and I had little knowledge. She asked questions about the injuries and level of pain and we got to work. I had Thee best massage/experience ever, I have had massages monthly for years and tried a handful of different ones when I’m out of town and this is by far the Best she(Jonell) was Phenomenal, Thanks to my sister in Fargo sent me here, everyone and needs are different but I would suggest a try here you won’t regret it😊

I totally enjoyed my first treatment/massage with Jonell. She took the time to discuss my concerns with the pain I was having, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. The massage was wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. She explained what should happen with the pain and she was spot on! I was pain free just two days later, and so happy with my results.
