While it seems like they have a good support system, it is not. Their responses can be quick. But just with a ‘we will look at it and get back to you’. It takes much more time to get a response to your actual questions. Where often the answer is partial and not answering all my questions. It seems like their support has minimal technical knowledge and there seems no internal communication or way to escalate any questions to a more qualified person. this company does not care about their customers. they have horrible support. We've been trying to get in touch with someone to help with the reservation system for months and have been told we'd get help but never have. If you're looking for a reservation system, this is not the one.

Fees much higher than other online booking portal. And if No refund, no exchange, say it flatly. Do not use tricks such as “We have upgraded to 100% cancellation policy”== which mean no refund, we keep all your money.
