This company is relentless with high pressure sales people. We use a different software is more comprehensive than their platform. For more that 3 years we have been harassed by their sales staff. Many times we have asked them not to contact us anymore, asked to remove our phone number and stop calling our store, asked to be removed from their mailing list. We have used FareHarbor for our scuba training booking platform for 3 years. I LOVE their customer service techs. The are the Chick Fil A of customer support. If you don’t know what I mean, go to McDonald’s drive through then Chick Fil A and you will get it.

STEER CLEAR!!! PEEK PRO ALL THE WAY!! DON’T USE FAREHARBOR! If I could give -100 stars, I would. I’ve never experienced a professional ghosting, where, they’d make money off of you but don’t show you how to utilize their platform that makes them money. What a joke!
