I scheduled a pick up for a young lady to attend her prom. Using a service such as this was her only way to attend the prom with her electric wheelchair. We had numerous conversations with Pride Ride to arrange the evening. They NEVER showed up! They did not call. Nothing. Do NOT rely on Pride Ride for your transportation needs.
