The 1st and 2nd generation in the business were wonderful, helpful and honest. This can not be said for Jason Farber, who has taken over the business from his father, and is determined to make a name for himself which includes dismissing or “farming out” long-standing institutional relationships. I would run as far as you can. He has lost many of the staff his family previously had to run the business which speaks for itself.
