Sophia who answered the phone today was probably the most helpful Medical office assistant I've talked to. Not only did she elaborated on all labwork I need to get done, she gave me advice and phone numbers on different places, and also tips on how to talk to my insurance to get an estimate for labwork. And she did this very fast, she's very productive. She was also very polite and compassionate, she knew what I needed an acted on it. These people that work with her especially are unbelievably rude. I had and endoscopy and colonoscopy and Ive had 4 done in 6 years always with 1 or 2 polyps.she recommends coming back in 5 years ?! who knows if she even took out the polyps. They shouted at me for no reason and treated me like garbage
