I used their ATM even though I don't bank there, was charged a fee which I expected. There wasn't a single soul in the bank so my friend went in to ask for change of a $20.00...the cashier lady said that they do not accept non-customers, turned her head and walked away. So, when my friend told me that they ignored her after saying what they said, I walked in to the bank with the ATM Receipt to show the Bank Fee that we were charged, which means now that we were a customer in a way...then the woman said that they do not give ... read more
