Terrible customer service and very limited selection. Bright side if you are looking for something cheap, this is the place to go to! Enjoy Walked in, never greeted nor acknowledged at any point as we ( group of 4 ) looked around. The entire time the staff was chatting with each other about personal matters, normally that doesn’t bother me - but it was very personal and we did need help shopping. Walked out ( not acknowledged) and did not make any purchases. Terrible store.
Absolutely horrible. Came in to get a custom hat done which was suppose to take 12-15 minutes as we were told. 1 hour later of waiting around and it still was not done. The employee did not even have the courtesy to inform us of the extra time needed. There was a special for buy 1 get 1 50% off and he wouldn’t even honor it towards a separate transaction of purchasing a second hat even though we had just spent $70 on one. Do not come to this location.
