I was surprised to scroll through one star reviews receiving lucky charms reactions: hearts and flames. Intrigued, I read a few.... hilarious!!! Describing exactly what I look for from a privately owned establishment in New Jersey. I'm glad those authentic experiences are archived, because they are priceless! Tried to call in order to find out whether they had an item in stock. The fellow who picked up the phone said "the manager is not here" even though that's not what I asked for, and then hung up on me. He then refused to pick up the phone. Terrible, terrible customer service!
