Have had multiple manicures/pedicures at this salon in the past year. I always receive friendly,professional service. Salon is nicely appointed and is always very clean and comfortable.
By far the BEST nail salon in Richmond!!! Extremely clean environment, the best selection of colors and wonderful, lasting results. Every technician takes there time to make sure they are giving you the best service. The staff is so friendly and warm, you are given a complimentary beverage and there is even an iPad next to each treatment chair for you to read during your visit! I can't say enough about how great this place is. Simply the best!!!
I had trouble finding a clean and quality salon. I was thrilled to find Fantastique Nails and Spa in Richmond. Mary is extremely friendly and professional. Fantastique is one of the only places in town I've found to offer Essie, OPI, and Shellac options. Mary is absolutely amazing! I am new to the area and found Fantantique Nail Spa in the shopping mall and gave it a shot. I am so glad that I did! I came out looking great and it was such a pleasant experience. I will be referring anyone that asks for Mary.
It was my fist time here at Fantastique nail, I really like the services that all the technicians were provided. they are very nice and friendly. Especially that it was very clean and sanitized. Most of all is that all the technicians were licensed and displayed their license in a proper place. I would love to come back to Fantastique nail again, and would highly recommended for my friends and family. The pedicure's chairs are great. and by the way, "Fantastique" is a very unique name for the shop. I really like it.
