$20 a hour what a joke maybe you guys should pay better and you clowns will find some real drivers. Are you guys that poor that you guys can only pay $20 a hour. Maybe if you guys would not under bid everyone you could pay your drivers more and your self but maybe you put in high bids and just to cheap to pay your drivers more then $20 a hour.
