Great staff was able to buy the last of the furniture for my new place
Everytime I call to find out what is happening with the delivery of our sofa, I wait for ages on the phone with your recorded service and never get through. I still have no ifea when our sofa will get delivered and that we ordered before Christmas.
Kim the older lady at the front was really rude to us with service.. told us to go Straight to warehouse for pick up.. we sit 30 mins than call 4 times than the 5 time answers an tell us to wait even longer. If you want the shop to run good than I’d suggest get kinder people at the front Dawson with better direction.
