I ordered four Lexa chairs and was told only three were in stock, with the fourth to be ready later. My receipt clearly says pick up, yet when I followed up, Trudy told me I had no order and later said she needed to check a photo of my receipt. Then I was told the order had already been delivered all together, which was not true because I hadn’t picked anything up. I purchased the Niva entertainment unit & coffee table & white and grey rug. All items are wonderful quality and the flatpack was easy to assemble using the provided instructions. The staff were super friendly & helpful. I will be returning for future purchases.
